Creating a policy that enables a safe and welcoming environment for people to participate in and spectate esports. The AESA cares about creating healthy environments and atmospheres that encourage growth and acceptance throughout all esports events to ensure that esports is viewed in a inviting and positive light by all. All members of the AESA adhere to this policy, and we encourage everyone in esports to refer to this policy.

Feel free to reach out to the AESA and out officials if there has been an infringement of this policy at your event, or an event you have attended. From time to time, the AESA will update this policy, we incite embers of the community to get in touch with the AESA and submit suggestions.
