The Code
The Code of Conduct will feature guiding principles that address the importance of maintaining integrity, safety and fair play in esports. The AESA will work with the esports industry to ensure broad implementation and regulation of adherence to the Code.
It will provide a framework for all stakeholders in esports with minimum expectations for professionalism and conduct in esports.

Member Protection Policy
Framework examining minimum rights afforded to esports athletes including complaint handling, anti-doping procedure, anti-discrimination procedure, grievance or dispute resolution and a number of other statutes.
The policy will reflect the interests, welfare and needs of athletes, organisations and other stakeholders in Australia who are members of the Australian Esports Association.

Anti-Discrimination Polciy
This policy provides framework and guidelines around preventing multiple forms of discrimination in esports to ensure a safe, inclusive and fair environment for all.
The policy will cover such issues around gender, sexuality, race, physicality and mentality. It is intended to provide guiding principals and conduct. It will reflect best practice and put first the interests of all participants in Australian esports as equal and inclusive.
